Heeeere's Nefera!
Frankie has a tall body which is different from the other basic bodies in measurements only by having a longer calf. They're a tiny bit shorter than Nefera because Nefera has a longer calf but ALSO a longer thigh.
G3 Nefera has thigh/calves similar to G3 Cleo in girth measurements, but her torso measurements are basic body, without the cut in waist that Cleo has.
This makes her pretty easy to dress with PS sized patterns (printed at 104% for patterns made before G3 or just using any G3 cut lines for patterns made after G3 came out)
As far as dresses go, she'll be fine. Even clingly dresses, the thighs aren't big enough around that she'll have issues with fitted non stretch pencil skirts, they'll just be slightly tighter. Full length dresses/pants will need an extra 1 cm in length because of the extra .5cm in the thigh and .5cm in the shin.
The only patterns/clothes that won't fit great are really tight non stretch pants. So leggings, fine. Flared leg pants like Palazzo and Rave, also fine. The pants in Basics won't work if you use non-stretch, but may if you use fabric with a small amount of stretch. You can draw out the side seams by tapering them out from the hip (no extra at hip) to 1/8" or 4mm extra at the top of the thigh to the bottom of the leg.
Quick aside on G1 vs G3 Nefera sizing
In G1, the adult/little sister bodies had bodies that were overall bigger/smaller. The adult sculpt had more definition while the younger body had less giving them more/less mature looks but not changing the overall proportions.
This made adjusting patterns super easy because all big sister/adult ghouls could wear clothes made from any pattern if printed at 115% and little sisters could wear clothes made from any pattern printed at 90% (this is similar to how Rainbow Jr High dolls have a body 90% shrunk from the regular Rainbow/Shadow High dolls). The downside is those dolls can't share pre-made clothes as easily.
In G3, the torsos are a lot closer between younger characters like Twyla and older dolls like Cleo with all the differences being in calf/thigh length. This gives them fewer sculpt differences and more cross-compatibility in clothes sharing.
I was really excited because the G3 character/cartoon design is nice but I don't think I would have gotten the doll if I didn't need her for sizing. Don't get me wrong, I do like her I just think she has more potential in the future than this particular release.
The main issue is she has a lot going on and she isn't fine tuned enough for the doll to have as cohesive a look as the cartoon design. The stripes in her hair are muddied by the tinsel throughout, the shades of teal/purple don't really go together and her skintone was shifted too far into green undertones to make it work.
I put the G1 girls in there for comparison. Cleo has a pretty neutral skintone in G1, which lets her wear any colors. She's had teal, she's had purple, both looked great. G1 Nefera is shifted a little more into cool/green undertones than Cleo, but not a lot and it really works with teal as her primary color. In G3 the warm/cool shifts are a lot more dramatic which makes some colors pop a lot but most colors not look great.
G1 Nefera, her colors were more teal and orange which work much better together in color theory as they are complimentary colors. Teal and purple are kind of clashy depending on the shades and the much more bluey teal and purple on G3 Nefera aren't colors I've ever seen together consistently in design. They try really hard to make it work on her clothes but it's a lot crammed into a small area.
Early reports from collectors also indicate a wide range of shimmer in the heads. Some people have gotten super shimmery heads and some people (like me) have heads with almost no shimmer where her body shines in the light but her face not so much. You can see the difference in the body/head and the difference in how flat her face looks compared to G3 Cleo and G1 Nefera who both have a nice amount of shimmer.
For me, I'm going to remove some of her tinsel, add some shimmer to her head and get her some new clothes.
