We've switched file servers! The new one has some new features I'm looking forward to using that I think will make you all very happy. But as things are a little different, I figured it was a good time to make a guide on how to download and re-download if you ever need to.
There are 4 ways to get your files. Three automatically updated to links from the new server.
Here's all the ways you can download:
Method #1: When you Checkout
When you checkout, a download link for your patterns will appear at the top of your order. You can download directly from here.
Method #2 Your Order Confirmation Email
This one isn't as obvious, but if you click on the link to view your order, you can also download from here.
Method #3: File Server Digital Delivery Email
In addition to your order confirmation email, you also get a second email directly from the file server!
Emails from the old file server (SendOwl) will be out of date now that we're on the IslandCloud server. All other methods are updated, so no one loses access you just need to use one of the other 3 methods if you need to redownload an old order pattern.
Method #4: From your profile
You don't need to log in to make an order, so you may not have an account. It's never too late: all of your order history from your same email address will be collected into your profile no matter when you make an account!
Very easy, also handy to double check which patterns you have if you can't remember.
