16cm/ Lati Size

Patterns in the 16cm (4") size fit Pukifee, Lati Yellow, Tiny Delf, Pipos Jr Pi and a few others.  They also fit dolls in the 27cm (10.5") range generally referred to as 'YoSD' sized if you enlarge them 150%.

If you are sewing for both sizes, it's better to get the small size and enlarge, but some of the more popular patterns have been pre-resized for easier printing.  Those patterns are under the 27cm tab.
