Need some winter boots for your boy dolls and action figures? Give this downloadable PDF pattern a try! This style of boot doesn't need any special equipment to make, and you sew them with seams on the outside or inside as well as with side or back closures for lots of different looks.

Patterns Included: Soft boots with 2 foot sizes and 3 upper boot styles with 2 different lengths for each.
Dolls it fits: 3.5cm small foot size is for any doll that can wear flat-foot fashion doll shoes (Ken (all), Taeyang, Namu, BTS, EAH, MH, descendants, princes) and the 4.5cm large size is for the action figure crowd (Joe, Peacekeepers, click n play)
Supplies needed: 1/8 yard faux suede, minky (for trim), thin craft foam (for sole)

Versatile pattern

I was able to make some equestrian-style boots for my Ken doll using this pattern; I printed the pattern at 110% as I wanted my boy doll to be able to wear socks in the boots and I was working with the thicker artificial leather. I ended up running the threads under the insole to give the glue a base for the cardboard insole to stick to, but ended up sewing the edges of the boot to the thin foam outer sole then gluing a second layer of foam underneath to create the actual sole. I also put the velcro opening on the inside, knowing it would take more work to get the boots on and off with socks.

I also made a sample boot using fleece, and the pattern worked just fine using the directions as written.

The Perfect Pattern

My daughter had a vision for what she wanted for her pear girl and this fits it perfectly. I'm so glad to be able to find patterns for our curvier Smart Doll.

One favourite patterns

I have this pattern over multiple doll sizes as it is one of my favourite patterns. The instructions are very clear and the dress always looks fantastic no matter the dool.

Qi-Loli Chinese Lolita Dress

Bell Bottom Jeans! Yeah!

I love blue jeans for my dolls. I was so excited to see a wide leg jean pattern (to me 'Bell Bottom' jeans). Fashions repeat over the years. I wore them in the 1970's and have been seeing them again online. Thank you.
