Petite is the new body most like Classic, and so can share most clothes without adjustment.  Full length skirts/pants may need to be shortened slightly.

This is a different size from the Petite pattern size, which is for dolls that are a bit shorter than this doll and have both shorter legs and a shorter torso than Medium 11.5" fashion dolls.
