This is a beginner-oriented pattern set designed to get you comfortable with the new Curvy body, as it's pretty different from 'classic' and doesn't have much out there by way of fitted fashions in the toy aisle. It is VERY easy to sew, either by hand or with a machine.

Patterns Included: Pant with simple and detailed options, T-shirt with simple (1 piece) and detailed (separate sleeves, neck ribbing) options
Body Variations this pattern fits: Curvy Fashionista, MTM, and collector bodies
Supplies needed: 1/4 yard fabric, thread/sewing supplies
Difficulty: Easy. Good for a beginner. You can also check out the 'Tutorials' section for free resources on sewing and sizing.

As with all her patterns, the instructions are written in a simple, but clear way. The results are beautiful. If you're worried you aren't experienced enough for this, don't be; these are great for learning new things You can check out the blog and resources for extra tips.
Like many others, I wish she had this pattern in more doll sizes! (I'm happy to see Rainbow High added recently.)

Great easy basic pattern for Curvy Barbie!

I purchased this item off Etsy. The pattern is really easy to follow, even for a beginner like me. I like that there’s two different patterns for the jeans, so you can choose your level of difficulty. I actually used the simple pattern by added the waistline from the more difficult version and sewed up the back, putting the velcro closure on the front fly. I also added a lot of contrast stitching in white on the hems, sides and behind. I’m delighted with how well they turned out!

Great pattern

I made up the kirtle first. The pattern is easy to follow. Then I started to experiment. I shortened it to mini length and was pleased with the results. The third time I used it, I kept the mini length and expanded the sleeves for a bell look.

Perfect PJs

I sewed these up to fit a classic Smart Doll with default (small) bust and the fit is perfect. I will definitely be sewing more for all my Smart Doll family members.
