This pattern set will give you a bunch of different panty/bras each with different cut options that you can mix and match for lots of cute, easy, quick-sewing sets!

Patterns included: Bra and panty in simple and string styles for dolls in 1/3 size with curvy/hourglass shaped proportions.
Supplies needed: 1/4 yard fabric, thread/sewing supplies

Difficulty: Easy-Intermediate. String style is easy enough for beginners. Basic needs you to use elastic, which is more intermediate. You can also check out the 'Tutorials' section for free resources on sewing and sizing.

This is a great simple pattern for a beginner. Where you can make either inner-wear or a swimsuit. I have not made the string bikini version yet. But have made many of the type with the boy short bottoms and tube top bra.. I also like to make the bra top strapless where it’s more like a tube or bandu top. This cuts out extra work and looks super cute on the doll. One other thing I like to do is add in a liner to the top and bottom. Which gives the bikini a cleaner stitch less look. Plus it protects the vinyl against staining from dark colors.. It’s also a bit easier to sew together that way. But turning some of the pieces right side out can be a bit of a pain... LOL!

Great pattern

I made up the kirtle first. The pattern is easy to follow. Then I started to experiment. I shortened it to mini length and was pleased with the results. The third time I used it, I kept the mini length and expanded the sleeves for a bell look.
